What is in your head — settings, judgment, who does what — is on paper before the year ends, and two supervisors can hold a shift without calling you. Utilisation is a number we can read, not a feeling. A machine that earns, we will buy. I am not asking you to work less. I am asking that the plant not depend on one man.
