An open question against this
Anil has accepted that maintenance carries a company goal out of an expectation nobody wrote. It reaches Maintenance because a goal with no written expectation behind it has nothing to be read against when it slips: there is no sentence saying what good looks like, so a miss is an argument rather than a fact. And with one desk there is nobody to hand it to on the day that desk is out. Nothing you are measured on has changed — if a target of yours moves because of this, you will be asked first.
