Waiting for you
Nothing is waiting. The agents have nothing to propose.
Already decided
Nothing yet.
What these agents may never do
Sales
Salespeople and their head
Logs what was said after a meeting, drafts the follow-up, and flags a deal that has gone quiet. The record stays current without anybody opening a CRM to type into it.
- Never price — A price is a commercial decision. An agent that can set one can lose money without anybody deciding to.
- Never discount — Same reason, and a discount is the one a customer will hold us to.
- Never stage:won — Winning is a fact somebody confirms, not an inference from a hopeful sentence.
Operations
Coordinators, planners and delivery leads
Proposes a change to a promised date with the reason and who has to be told, and keeps the at-risk list honest. It never decides — it assembles the decision.
- Never customer_commitment — A promise to a customer is made by a person who can be held to it.
- Never scope — Changing what was agreed is a commercial act, not an operational one.
