Leave, and have it confirmed in writing

  1. 1A founder or director asks. Nobody else can.
  2. 2Corto writes back the list of what will go, and asks for the confirmation in writing — a reply from the same address.
  3. 3Thirty days pass with everything still readable and the export still available. Anyone with the founder's role can stop it in that time.
  4. 4On the day, every record, file and backup copy is deleted, and a confirmation with the date is sent in writing. The outside-in report stays the company's, as a file, because it was built from public record.
Nothing happens until you confirm in writing from your own address, and then not for thirty days.
