- Your role, what you are responsible for, the reports you make. That is how your job description gets written, and you can correct any of it while we talk.
- What you feel is only ever a total.
- Blockers, frustrations, what you would change. Reported for Purchase, which has 3 people in it — too few to report on its own, so it is counted into the company figure and Purchase is never named. Never with your name.
- Nothing here reaches your appraisal.
- Not the totals, not your words. Nobody — not your manager, not the founder — may ask to see your answers.
