You can

- Invite people, and chase the ones who haven't finished
- See who has and hasn't completed, by name
- Decide anything the system isn't sure about
You cannot
- One person's answers in the conversation
- How any one person says the work feels
- What anyone said they want from their career, with their name on it
You will be asked this by the people you invite. You do see what they put in their details — role, manager, what they do — with their names on it.
