Hand to the heads
You choose the people and the time. Corto sends every invitation itself, with each head's pre-read — nobody's account is needed.
After step 9
No calendar is connected — a typed time works exactly the same. Connecting one adds two conveniences only: picking from real free slots, and the meeting landing in your own diary. The email service is not live yet: invitations are written to the outbox, and this screen will say exactly that rather than claim they went out.
