How the year is going
Two points off the top four in six months, and no new account yet. The rate conversation with Sundaram has not happened - that is on me, not on Deepak. The number will not move on new customers alone.
Six days off the cycle and six lakh off the old money. Slower than I wanted. What I did not expect is that the delay is not the customers, it is us - the invoice waits on the despatch being written up.
A stretch behind its landing — 70% is the expected landing. At year end you can carry it into the next cycle, but only if it is still worth doing.
The registration is done, which I thought would be the hard part. It was not. Nobody has been asked to find a buyer, so nothing has shipped. Half a year gone on the half that was easy.

Carried forward
Rebuild the production log so utilisation can be computedWas a half-year goal. Still worth doing, and worth doing sooner. The machine decision is in February and I will not make it on a guess.

Only people Corto has actually asked. The daily reaches a department when its head releases it.
Who is on Corto
All 38 people at desks. The company’s other 102 work on the shop floor or on contract — roles Corto does not serve, and it never asked them to.
Performance
The year, month by month
Attained against expected, from the instruments’ own readings.
Where each team has got to
The bar is where they are. The line is where the calendar says they should be.
10 goals carry no figure yet — not agreed, or not accepted by their owner — and are left out rather than counted as nothing. No figure to draw for Maintenance.
