What you are publishing
A version and an owner, because a document without both cannot answer the only question anybody asks of it later: which one were they shown, and who decided it said that.
A new version needs a new signature from everybody it applies to.
Who answers questions about it, and who decides the next version.
When somebody must look at it again. Past it, the library says so; left empty, it says there is no review date.
The sentence somebody reads to decide whether they need to read the whole thing again.
