Stop 1 · In six months

Where we need to be

On-time dispatch at 85%, and measured by the hour rather than by the shift — the number is honest for the first time.

What we do about it

Rebuild the dispatch tracker as flat rows with a real timestamp. Until that exists the 71% is not a measurement, it is an artefact of when people fill the sheet in.

Stop 2 · In a year

Where we need to be

Customer rejections under 1,200 ppm, from 1,840. Every late dispatch carries a recorded reason.

What we do about it

One named owner per corrective action, and the reason written at the time rather than reconstructed at the review.

Stop 3 · In two years

Where we need to be

On-time at 90%. Rejections under 900 ppm. The IATF surveillance passed with no major finding.

What we do about it

Stop treating quality as an audit event. The ppm number has to be something the shift knows on the day, not something Quality reports monthly.

Stop 4 · In three years

Where we need to be

95% on-time and under 900 ppm, held for four quarters — the figures a tier-one asks for before it puts you on a new platform.

What we do about it

By here the date is the reason we win work, which is the whole point: a buyer who trusts the date does not re-source on two per cent.

Nobody yet — set when that quarter is planned

Counted from Oct 2026, when the plan starts. Nothing here is scored.
